Nonverbal communication classification

Nonverbal communication is the type of communication when the sound form of information is not needed. But there are so many of them, that it needs the certain classification to understand so different structure.
There are expressive movements that are the pose of the body, mimicry, gestures, walk; the tactile movements that are handshake, touches, kisses; the visual contact that includes look, the direction of look, its length, the frequency of the contact; the space movements that are orientation, distance, the place near the table.
Of course they are general and have the general rules and characteristics for all people that use them. Nevertheless there are also individual characteristics when the physiological and psychological points have their own meaning and interpretation.
Mimicry, gestures, walk are usually united into one group as they are the base of our expressive behaviour. With the help of walk it is possible to understand that the person is in a hurry or that he/she is delighted because he/she is walking slowly with pleasure, it may also tell that a person is lazy or tired. And of course when we are angry our work becomes rapid and nervous.
The way a person shakes a hand and kisses may tell a lot. If the kiss is fast it means people are friends or at least follow the tradition to give a kiss. Moreover kiss was also the sign that you appreciate the person and like him/her.
Eyes are sometimes called the reflection of soul. And it is not occasional as your look may tell a lot about the person.
